ARTISTS - ARE YOU BOOKING FESTIVAL GIGS?

As performing artists ourselves, we've been there. You've ticked all the boxes and it still seems impossible to get into the festivals that you need to be in. It's important to document your work and show what it's like to experience your performance so you don't have to hope that the booker of your next gig magically stumbles across you.

We get it, it can feel endless.

Sure, you might have a nice EP, photos, socials and streaming stats. But what is it like to experience your live performance. Festival bookers might only be able to book local acts now, but they still don’t have time to sit through your whole performance.

So how do you get their attention? A Live Sampler (AKA performance teaser). A 2-4min teaser of your live performance. This shows how you engage with an audience.

We've made a few of these performance teasers/ EPK videos and live samplers. The most recent one is for the incredible local band: @solua.worldmusic which features their electric performance at Earth Frequency Festival, captured with multichannel video and pristine 32bit audio.

We've also made two performance videos for Venuri Perera @roadsideninja, both long and short versions which she was able to use for an example of two of her performances. You can watch the black and white 60-second teaser of her marathon 3-day durational performance "See You, See Me" where she interrogates the male gaze and flips the script.
